I strive to be an inspiration to people who do not feel like athletes. I love to help people recognize their potential, to feel alive and energetic, and to be proud of how their body serves them. Adding high quality nutrition that's convenient, is of paramount importance to the success of my clients. I offer solutions that take the guesswork out of how to fuel your body effectively. My philosophy is to train smarter not harder with the right type & intensity of exercise that suits each individual. My emphasis on Pilates based movements have served my clients very well. I teach private & group pilates in person and online. Safety and education are always a priority in my classes & private sessions. I have also been teaching outdoor fitness classes year round for the past 15 years in Kelowna, British Columbia.
