For more than 30 years, we’ve had a vision to create something special in the Okanagan Valley. It started with a decision to purchase Dilworth Mountain Estates in 1987, and although the risk was significant, Gil Jacobs and Bob Hasell Sr. believed that it was an opportunity to create an extraordinary hillside community, working with the gifts of the land.

Today, our expertise includes all types of properties to live, work and play in the Okanagan and Fraser Valleys.
