Hidden in plain sight on winemaker Jason Parkes’ home property, Crown & Thieves is what happens when you give the madman the keys to the castle. Born in secrecy and built on a stash of misfit barrels too bold to blend away, this Okanagan winery has always broken the rules; in the cellar, on the stage, and at the table.

What started as a playground for small-batch experiments has become a full-blown destination for those who like their wine with a side of rebellion. Inside a crumbling four-story faux-ruin tucked into the vines of West Kelowna, we pour for people ready to experience the rebellious side of wine.
